Mediterranean Diet May Help Alzheimer's Patients Live Longer (Medical News Today)
A Mediterranean diet may help people with Alzheimer's disease live longer than patients who eat a more traditional Western diet. The study is published in the September 11, 2007, issue of Neurology, the medical journal of the American Academy of Neurology. Protein Shake. Egg Beater Omelet w/ cheese and 2 pieces of whole wheat toast w/butter. 1/2 Large Pizza w/ Onions, Mushrooms, and Green Peppers. Protein Shake. Brown Rice and Veggie Stir Fry. Drank water through out the day.
